Alumni Strategic Plan

VISION
Create a vibrant and inclusive community at UBC’s Faculty of Education where alumni actively support each other and contribute to educational excellence, social justice, sustainability, and community impact. This vision explicitly prioritizes EDID values, striving to create spaces where alumni from all backgrounds feel welcome, valued, and supported.

PURPOSE

Strengthen alumni bonds to enrich student experiences, foster faculty innovation, and enhance community impact through engagement, networking opportunities amoung alumni and community, programs, recognition, and support. This purpose is underscored by a dedication to fostering a culture of equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization, ensuring all alumni have equitable opportunities to contribute and benefit from engagement initiatives.
