Looking into the Year Ahead: Research Grant Timelines and Project Planning with ORE The Office of Research in Education (ORE) invites all faculty members, postdoctoral fellows, and colleagues across the Faculty of Education to a research planning workshop. This event will introduce participants to internal UBC research grant opportunities, a range of supports available to establish and grow a research program, and key features of the Canadian research funding landscape.
The session will begin with a presentation by the ORE team, including an overview of internal funding programs, proposal development supports, and upcoming professional development initiatives. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions, provide input on future ORE programming, and connect with colleagues in an informal meet-and-greet setting over refreshments.
