Upgrades & Renovations: Level 3 offices
Neville Scarfe Lecture Block
Update: July 7, 2022
Construction is proceeding along the expected schedule. Electrical and framing work are complete, and drywalling is underway. Millwork is being installed later in July, with glazing to be completed approximately four weeks after the millwork. We anticipate some delays in the delivery of doors, door hardware, and AV equipment, which may impact the anticipated completion date of the project.
Construction: beginning April 11, 2022
Level 3 offices in the Lecture Block of the Neville Scarfe Building are undergoing renovations to reallocate and refresh the current space.
What to expect during construction
- Increased noise at the start of the project during demolition.
- Noisy work during new wall and millwork installation.
- Regular construction noise throughout the project.
- Contractors entering and exiting the building.
Delivery and disposal of materials will occur via stairs and the elevator. Floors and surfaces along the route will be protected. A laydown area and disposal bin will be located near the service entry at the west side of the building.
