Staff Professional Development Session: Understanding the Importance of Self-Care | November 25 or 26, 2025

By shruti asokan

Workshop

This workshop will support participants in reframing how we view self-care, not as a luxury but as an integral part of our overall health. With time-honoured techniques, participants will begin to explore what self-care is and how implementing regular self-care practices can support them both personally and professionally.

Facilitators

  • November 25: Jonas Altman

Jonas is a coach, author, and entrepreneur devoted to helping people live and work in extraordinary ways. He helps people thrive through change, partnering with founders, creatives, and seekers to tune into their inner compass and explore fresh ways of working and living that feel deeply fulfilling.

  • November 26: Cari Frame

Cari is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional (PCC) member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
