These internal UBC research awards acknowledge research excellence across all disciplines at UBC. Recognition at the University level can also lead to increased opportunity at a national and international level. Departments, divisions, institutes, schools, and Faculties are encouraged to consider a greater inclusion of equity and diversity in their nomination strategies.
