Join us for a workshop that explores ways of integrating computational thinking across several content areas. We will engage in hands-on activities, some off-screen and some using online platforms, to demonstrate how this problem-solving strategy can be applied in subjects such as language arts, physical education, science, and math.
This session will be held on Zoom. Meeting details will be emailed 2 hours prior to the event.
Presented by the Telus World of Science & the Faculty of Education, UBC Vancouver.
Karen Lee is a UBC alumnus B.Ed. ’03, M.Ed. ’20, and as a professional development specialist at Science World, she works with B.C. educators to support science and technology education throughout the province.
