Please join us in congratulating Dr. Ali Abdi, Professor in the Faculty of Education, who is the 2021 recipient of the David N. Wilson Award for Distinguished Service. The award, which is bestowed by the Comparative and International Education Society of Canada (CIESC), recognizes outstanding achievement and contribution in research, mentorship and teaching. The award criteria are long-term distinguished service to CIESC; distinguished achievement in research and teaching; exemplary mentorship of students; and service to the international network of comparative and international scholars.
