Dr. Rita Irwin, professor in the Department of Curriculum and Pedagogy (EDCP), has been named to receive the 2018 Tom Barone Award for Distinguished Contributions to Arts-Based Educational Research. This prestigious award will be presented to Dr. Irwin at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) meeting in New York in April 2018.
