The UBC Faculty of Education is ranked 2nd in Canada, 10th in North America and 17th globally according to the 2024 QS World University Rankings by Subject
The Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) University Rankings have released its 20th annual installment, featuring 1,500 institutions across 104 locations worldwide. QS evaluates university rankings by subject through four key performance indicators: academic reputation, employer reputation, research citations per paper and the H-index. The academic reputation category, which measures the quality of the university’s research, its effectiveness in communicating that research and the global impact of its research, is weighted most heavily.
